Write this as a Senryu--A short Japanese style poem that is similar to haiku in structure but differs in that the subject matter deals with human beings rather than nature and often in a humorous or satirical way.
Structure:
3 Lines
Lines 1,2,3 have 5,7,5 syllables respectively
Unrhymed
Characteristics:
Like the haiku except it usually deals with human foible.
Origins:
The term means similar to haiku but not meeting the requirements.
FOR Example:
Walking through the town,
Such a solemn sight of life,
People passing by.
