HRW OPEN MIC Events
For each of our Open Mic events, please bring 3-5 minutes of material to share. Sign-ups to read begin at 6PM and the readings run from 6:30 to 8:30. All of our open mic events are open to everyone, writers and readers alike.

Open Mic--Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Mary D. Pretlow Library, 111 W. Ocean View Ave, Norfolk from 6:00 to 8:30 PM. Dr. Dennis Bounds will emcee the event.

Open Mic--Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at the Meyera Orberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach from 6:00 to 8:30 PM. Jack Callen will emcee the event. In honor of February's Valentine's day, works inspired by and about LOVE are strongly encouraged, though are not required, at this event.
