Jean-Paul Richard
Plus ca change, plus c’est la meme chose (The more it changes, the more it’s the same thing)
Jean Paul Richard lives in the Sandbridge section of Virginia Beach. His writing flame was first ignited when he served as Feature Editor of the Northeastern News many years ago. He then went on to other careers in France, Canada, and the US while always harboring a yen for writing.

A member of Hampton Roads Writers, he also is active in the following organizations:
Association of Proposal Management Professionals--(APMP)—Treasurer of Virginia
Beach chapter and presenter at APMP National Capitol Area Boot Camp
Open Circle Theater—Treasurer and Board member
Osteogenesis Imperfecta Society--Past Board President
