This video is an excellent example of the twist endings one often sees in flash fiction. You probably could write out this scene, using dialogue and body language, in 500 words or less.
Create your own scene with a twist ending. If you get stuck, or if this seems too difficult, first write out this scene as you viewed it. Keep your descriptions to a minimum, just enough to orient the reader to time, place, and situation. Let dialogue, nuiance, facial expressions, etc, carry the scene. Don't telegraph the ending.
