create a scene that is heavy with dialogue between a person obsessed with his or her yard, grass and gardens and a man perched atop his house in the middle of a re-roofing project.
Keep the narration to a minimum. Show your characters to the reader through their dialogue. Let the dialogue advance the plot quickly.
You need not resolve this story. Just create a plausible scene.
