Characterization
Learn to manipulate EUPHONY--The way words sound and how that sound impacts a reader's emotions or impressions about a situation.
Describe a character is a brief passage (one page at most) using mostly long vowels (o as in "moan," e as in "see,")and soft consonants (l,m,n,sh, etc.).
Now describe the same character, using mostly short vowels (a as in "cat," e as in "set," i as in "sit") and hard consonants (k, t, p, gg, etc.).
